RSK Consulting

About

A one-person practice, and deliberately so

Small enough that you always speak to the person doing the work; registered and documented well enough to invoice a public sector buyer.

RSK Consulting is a proprietorship concern of Rama K., operating from Lingasugur in Raichur district, Karnataka. The firm commenced business on 1 January 2026 and is registered as a micro enterprise in the services category under the MSME Act, classified against NIC 74909 — other professional, scientific and technical activities.

The practice exists because of a gap that is easy to see in a district town and easy to miss from a city. Plenty of businesses here are large enough to be losing real money to bad process, scattered records and poorly chosen software — and nowhere near large enough to justify a full-time person who understands any of it. They are left choosing between doing nothing and hiring a vendor whose answers they have no way to check.

We take the third position: work for the client, not for a product. We do not resell software, we do not take a commission from anyone we recommend, and we have no interest in an engagement lasting longer than the problem does.

How an assignment usually runs

  1. First conversation. A call or a visit, at no charge, to understand what you are dealing with and whether we are the right people for it.
  2. Written note. A short note back to you setting out what we think the problem is, what we would do about it, how long it takes and what it costs.
  3. The work. Carried out in agreed stages. You see the output at the end of each stage and approve it before the next one starts.
  4. Handover. Files, documents, logins and licences transferred to you, with a walkthrough for whoever will be using them.
  5. Afterwards. A defined period during which anything we delivered that does not work as described is corrected at no charge.

Terms

What you can hold us to

These apply to every assignment regardless of its size, and they are repeated in the engagement note you sign.

You deal with the proprietor

Every assignment is handled directly by the proprietor. There is no account manager between you and the person doing the work, and nothing is passed to a subcontractor without telling you first.

Nothing starts without a written scope

What is being done, by when, and for how much goes in writing before work begins. If the scope grows, it is re-quoted openly instead of appearing on the final invoice.

Everything is handed over

Documents, files, logins, licences and accounts are handed to you on completion, in formats you can open and edit without us. Nothing is retained to keep you dependent.

Your information stays yours

Client records, figures and internal details are treated as confidential and are not used as examples elsewhere. Non-disclosure agreements are signed whenever you want one in place.

We say no to the wrong fit

If an assignment needs a specialist we are not, we will say so and, where we can, point you to someone better placed. A declined job costs less than a badly done one.

Registered and documentable

As a registered micro enterprise, the firm can complete vendor registration and empanelment formalities and furnish the supporting documents a procuring organisation asks for.

For procuring organisations

Tell us what the problem looks like.

A short description of what you are dealing with is enough to start. We will tell you honestly whether it is something we can help with.
